About
Hello, my name is David Guadarrama. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I got my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah State University in 2015, and got my master’s in social work from the University of Utah in 2023.
I got involved in mental health to help people live a better life. Getting the privilege to help people work through their anxiety, depression, and trauma is the most rewarding part of my job. The therapies I like to use the most are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye-Movement/Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I look forward to meeting and working with you.
